We use several shipping partners within the EU, including GLS, PostNord, UPS, and Posti. The carrier is selected based on the destination country and the size of the order. All EU shipments include tracking.

Shipping is free within EU for orders over €100. Estimated delivery time within the EU is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

You have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 days. The right of return applies to products that are unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and personalized jewelry are created according to the customer’s wishes and therefore cannot be returned.

We use genuine 925 sterling silver in our pieces. This alloy contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which strengthen the material, as pure silver on its own would be too soft for jewelry use. Silver is an extremely rare cause of allergic reactions, making it suitable even for the most sensitive skin. In addition to silver, our jewelry features high quality German metal wires with gold or silver plating.

Some pieces are coated with rhodium or a protective layer that helps prevent silver from tarnishing and gold plating from wearing off. These coatings also help protect the surface from scratches and other signs of wear. You can read more about our materials and jewelry care instructions here.

We offer a wide range of color options and are happy to create the piece exactly how you want it. Color changes and small adjustments can usually be made at no additional cost.
