Refund policy

We offer a 14-day right of return for products purchased from our online store. The right of return applies to items that are unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with the return. The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method originally used for the order.

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is produced according to the customer’s specifications and therefore is not eligible for return.
