Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped within approximately 1–5 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak or holiday seasons. For custom or made-to-order pieces, the delivery time is determined individually, and an estimated delivery time will be provided when the order details are confirmed. If order processing is temporarily paused (e.g. due to vacation), this will be clearly stated on the homepage.
Orders are shipped via Posti using carbon-neutral delivery. The customer chooses the preferred shipping method at checkout. Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the order. The online store provides the following shipping methods:

- Includes tracking (via web or OmaPosti app)
- Delivered directly to your mailbox, door or mail slot
- Carbon-neutral delivery
Posti Parcel €5.90
- Delivered within 1-2 business days
- Includes tracking (via web or OmaPosti app)
- Delivered to the nearest parcel locker or Posti service point.
- Carbon-neutral delivery
Free shipping on orders over €100.
Delivery times are based on Posti’s own estimates. Delays may occur during high-traffic periods.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us – we will do our best to prioritize it. You may also inquire about pickup options via email. Pickup is available in Turku by agreement.
Return
We offer a 14-day return policy for products purchased from the online store.
Returns apply only to unused, saleable items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The value of the returned products (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded using the same payment method the customer originally used.
Custom-made or personalized jewelry is non-returnable, as it is crafted according to the customer's specifications.
