General Information
These terms and conditions are valid from July 10, 2025.
We reserve the right to change the terms related to ordering, delivery, pricing, and other aspects of transactions without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the current terms before placing an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms in effect at the time of the purchase.
Both companies and private individuals of legal age residing in Finland can purchase products from the online store. All prices and shipping costs include the applicable value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver products within Finland and across the EU. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Orders are processed in the order they are received and are usually shipped within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during busy or seasonal periods. Delivery times for custom-made products and bespoke orders are determined on a case-by-case basis, and an estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase. If order processing and shipping are temporarily paused (for example, due to holidays), this will be announced separately on the website’s homepage.

Shipping is always free within Finland for orders over €100. You can also inquire about local pickup via email if needed. Pickup takes place in Turku and will be arranged separately.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. Delays may occur, for example during peak periods.
Shipping within the EU
We use several shipping partners within the EU, including GLS, PostNord, UPS, and Posti. The carrier is selected based on the destination country and the size of the order. All EU shipments include tracking, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please see the shipping rates for your country below.

Shipping is free on orders over €120. Estimated delivery time within the EU is typically 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for products purchased from our online store. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the order. The right of return applies to unused products that are in resalable condition and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with the return. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method.
Custom-made and personalized products are made according to the customer’s specifications and are therefore not eligible for return.

Payment
Products are paid for at the time of ordering using the payment methods available in the online store. The available payment methods depend on the selection of the payment service providers in use at any given time. An up-to-date list of available payment methods is displayed on the checkout page before the order is confirmed. The payment service providers are Paytrail Oyj and Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to change prices.
Payment Service Providers:
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Shopify Payments also acts as the payment service provider and payment intermediary, and is provided by Shopify Inc. Shopify Payments processes the payments and transfers the funds to the merchant.
Paying in the online store is secure. All payment data is processed in encrypted form (SSL) directly through the payment intermediaries, and the online store does not store any payment card details. The payment service providers in use, Paytrail Oyj and Shopify Payments, comply with the international PCI DSS security standard.
Faults and Issues
We do our best to ensure fast delivery and high-quality products. Each item is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. Despite this, occasional defects may occur. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
As each product is handmade, every piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product photos. These variations are normal and do not indicate a defect.
It is the customer’s responsibility to use and care for the jewelry appropriately. Each order includes care instructions. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, including parts coming loose, coatings wearing off due to moisture or chemicals (e.g. hairspray, perfume), or water exposure. Jewelry should be handled gently to maintain its shape and condition.
