Shipping is free for orders over €100. You can choose from the following delivery options:

• Posti Small Parcel 3,90 €. Delivered directly to your mailbox. Delivery time approximately 2–5 business days. Includes tracking.
• Posti Parcel locker 4,90 €. Delivered to the parcel locker nearest to your address. Delivery time approximately 1–3 business days. Includes tracking.
• PostNord Parcel locker 4,90 €. Delivered to the parcel locker nearest to your address. Delivery time approximately 1–2 business days. Includes tracking.

If you prefer a specific parcel locker, please mention it in the order notes.

Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1–5 business days, usually already on the next business day. During busy periods or seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be longer. Delivery times for customized or made-to-order products ared etermined individually for each project.

You have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 days. The right of return applies to products that are unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Custom-made and personalized jewelry are created according to the customer’s wishes and therefore cannot be returned.

All pieces are made from genuine 925 sterling silver. This alloy contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, which strengthen the material, as pure silver on its own would be too soft for jewelry use. Silver is an extremely rare cause of allergic reactions, making it suitable even for the most sensitive skin. In addition to silver, our jewelry features high quality German metal wires with gold or silver plating.

Some pieces are coated with rhodium or a protective layer that helps prevent silver from tarnishing and gold plating from wearing off. These coatings also help protect the surface from scratches and other signs of wear. You can read more about our materials and jewelry care instructions here.

Fallen in love with a jewelry design but would like it in a different color or with a small modification? Send your request to us by email at info@ronjaselina.fi or contact us via social media. We offer a wide range of color options and are happy to create the piece exactly how you want it. Color changes and small adjustments can usually be made at no additional cost. If needed, we can also create and ship your jewelry on a very short schedule, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
