Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for products purchased from our online store. The return period begins on the day the customer receives the final item in their order. Returned products must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging.

The customer must return the product within 5 days of notifying us of the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. The refund will also include the original standard shipping costs.

Custom-made and personalized products are crafted according to the customer's specifications and are therefore not eligible for return.

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled through the customer account.
